The Challenge

To support the renovation of a neglected late 19th century victorian home into a premier hub that connects Ogden’s creative community with an emphasis on facilitating the growth of established creative businesses. Union Creative Agency served as a creative consultant to: steer the design of the project, document the process, connect The Argo House to the larger series of neighborhood strategies, build community buy-in, and recruit a curated selection of tenants.

The Story

The Argo House is a place to create, engage, and collaborate, but most importantly it is a place to connect.

The Argo House is a design colony located on 25th Street in Ogden’s Nine Rails Creative District with creative offices and suites ranging from 150-700 square feet. The tenants of the Argo House are varied in their expertise and pursuits, but are united through their passion for creativity.

The house has been thoughtfully designed to be collaborative, welcoming, engaging, and inspiring. From private offices and flexible community spaces to meetups and events, The Argo House offers the spaces, amenities, and community essential to a growing creative enterprise.
